Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. This is paid via a secure payment link or bank transfer provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance (50%) must be settled on the day of the charter, prior to departure, via cash or credit card.

2. Cancellation by Client

Please note that the deposit is used to block the boat's calendar and prevent other bookings.

Client's Decision: In the event of a cancellation due to the client's decision, the full deposit is non-refundable.

3. Full Refund Policy (Force Majeure)

A full refund of the deposit will be issued in the following specific cases:

  • Weather Conditions: If the weather is unsuitable for navigation (choppy seas, rain, or heavy fog). The decision is made by the Captain to ensure your safety.
  • Technical Issues: In the unlikely event of a technical failure (e.g., engine issues). We will first attempt to provide an alternative vessel of equal or better standard. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
  • Force Majeure: If travel is restricted due to official government mandates or flight cancellations related to unforeseen global events (Force Majeure).
